HARDOX tipper bodies

Body: – Constructed using 5mm high tensile Hardox 450 grade plate.
Floor: – Standard 5mm thick Hardox 450 grade plate plate welded directly to the main beams.
Sides: – 5mm thick Hardox 450 grade plate welded to top coaming.
Front Wall: – 5mm Hardox 450 grade plate.
Top Rail: – Heavy duty tapered top extrusion.
Tailgate: – 5mm thick Hardox 450 grade plate with heavy duty two-way swing.
Skirts: – Fitted to the full length of the trailer, incorporating LED side marker lights.
Hoist & Hydraulics: – To suit truck make & application. Well-mount, Front-mount and Underbody hoist configurations.
Towbar: – Ringfeder or Rockinger coupling. Auto coupling and cab alarms offered as an option.
Lighting: – LED lights to ADR45.
Options: – Toolboxes / Water Tanks / Grain Doors / Sludge Locks / Rock Lining / Spill Tray / In-Cab PTO & Hoist alarms / Digital Weight Scales / Anti-Spray Suppressants and more.
